About the position

Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator for our Duncanville location. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and providing support to our team members. The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include assisting front office teammates with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their jobs. This position also involves accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates. In addition to administrative duties, the Office Administrator will maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable accounts, as well as manage cash handling procedures in accordance with company standards. A key aspect of this role is to provide a world-class customer experience to all customers by ensuring the center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring. This position is vital in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities

  • Assist front office teammates with necessary tools, training, and information.
  • Provide accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates.
  • Maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable accounts.
  • Manage cash handling procedures to company standards.
  • Ensure a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber Standard Operating Procedures consistently through training and monitoring.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience within a customer-facing environment.
  • 1+ years of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (Preferred).
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under the company insurance policy.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers.
