Caliber Collision is seeking an Office Administrator for our Duncanville location. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and providing support to our team members. The Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include assisting front office teammates with the necessary tools, training, and information to effectively perform their jobs. This position also involves accurate and timely payroll and HR-related administration and recordkeeping for all center associates. In addition to administrative duties, the Office Administrator will maintain Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable accounts, as well as manage cash handling procedures in accordance with company standards. A key aspect of this role is to provide a world-class customer experience to all customers by ensuring the center's consistent application of all Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring. This position is vital in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all operational processes run smoothly.
