As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, credit card transactions, and monthly tenant invoices. You will act as the primary point of contact for departmental inquiries, both in-person and via communication channels, ensuring that all queries are addressed promptly and efficiently. In this position, you will coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling and vendor communication, to ensure that all property needs are met in a timely manner. You will conduct data entry and maintain accurate records using cloud-based systems, which is essential for tracking property management activities.
