About the position

The Office Administrator will coordinate administrative services for a global insurance company, partnering with the executive team to assist with day-to-day operations. This role is essential for maintaining office efficiency and supporting various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain efficiency by handling the day-to-day office operations.
  • Recommend procedural changes to improve operations.
  • Provide administrative support including report and presentation production.
  • Order supplies, handle mail, deliveries, office appearance, building issues/maintenance, purchase orders, etc.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Senior Executive team, approve travel, and provide support to the Procurement department.
  • Review and gain approval for Senior Executive and WFH employee expense reports.
  • Support the Head of the Social Committee and assist with coordination of office events and special projects.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a professional, administrative setting.
  • Management experience is ideal but not required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Visio experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.

  • Experience with Visio.
