About the position

The Office Administrator at Aston Carter is responsible for providing administrative support, customer relations, and facility management within a corporate office environment. This role involves coordinating with project managers and handling various field administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the organization.
  • Handle customer and company relations effectively.
  • Coordinate with project managers in the field.
  • Support field construction management and crews as required.
  • Assemble and maintain final job packages for billing team handover.
  • Identify issues and escalate them to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the utility or construction industry is a plus.
