In this role, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and organizing office operations. You will utilize practice management software such as Eaglesoft and eClinicalWorks for efficient workflow management. Maintaining medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensuring confidentiality of patient information will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will oversee fiscal management tasks, including billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping. You will coordinate medical office management activities to support the needs of healthcare providers and staff, ensuring adherence to JCAHO standards and guidelines for quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Assisting in utilization management by optimizing resources and streamlining operational processes will also be part of your duties. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing quality healthcare services.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of fiscal management practices related to medical office operations.
  • Understanding of JCAHO standards and utilization management principles is advantageous.
