About the position

The Office Administrator at Karhu Cyber is responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in office management, contributing to both administrative and operational functions within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Order office supplies and help manage vendor relationships.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Provide human resources support, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files.
  • Assist with communication tasks including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Support business operations in areas such as finance, accounting, HR, payroll, taxes, benefits, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an office administration or similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll, HR, or basic tax principles is desirable.
