CertaPro Painters - SW Metro is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our office operations, which includes interacting with customers and crews, scheduling appointments, and coordinating production schedules. Your ability to provide excellent customer service will be crucial as you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will also be expected to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, as these tools will be essential for managing schedules and communicating effectively with team members. Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus, as you may be involved in financial tracking and reporting. Being bilingual in Spanish is also advantageous, as it will allow you to communicate with a broader range of clients and team members.
