The Office Administrator role is a vital position within our organization, responsible for a variety of general clerical duties that ensure the smooth operation of our office. This includes responding to emails, answering phone calls, managing scheduling, organizing paperwork, and handling various administrative tasks such as calling in permits and managing inventory. The Office Administrator will also be involved in accounts payable and general filing, making attention to detail a crucial skill for success in this role. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can work efficiently and effectively, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word. Proficiency in these applications is essential, as the Office Administrator will frequently utilize them to manage data and communicate with team members. While being bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position. The role is designed for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of organization and communication. This is a full-time position, with expected working hours ranging from 32 to 40 hours per week. The Office Administrator will work during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends required.
