About the position

The Office and Operations Coordinator at Team One LLC is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office through a combination of administrative tasks, operational support, and facilities coordination. This role is ideal for organized professionals with strong communication skills who are looking for a flexible work schedule in a family-friendly environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations, schedules, and logistics.
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Coordinate EMT standby services, phlebotomy, and EMS education courses.
  • Assist with finance-related tasks and support in developing office workflows.
  • Oversee office and facility maintenance to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in office administration or operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with basic accounting, vendor coordination, and facilities management is a plus!
