We are seeking a resilient, highly organized, and patient Office Assistant to manage personal tasks and administrative duties for the owner of a well-established hotel. The role requires grace, efficiency, and a touch of humor, with a strong emphasis on handling confidential information discreetly. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess a passion for hospitality, while also being comfortable with traditional tasks such as transcription, filing, and maintaining a handwritten calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the owner's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle all communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters, with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with personal errands, shopping, and other tasks as requested by the owner.
  • Organize, file, and manage important documents and records, ensuring easy retrieval when needed.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all personal and business matters.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, email management systems).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
