About the position

The Office and Project Installation Manager at Bath Planet of South East Florida is responsible for overseeing administrative operations and managing the installation team for acrylic bath systems. This role ensures efficient office management, coordinates installation schedules, maintains customer satisfaction, and supports various business functions including finance, HR, and marketing. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of Bath Planet's social media strategy.
  • Assist in coordinating company events and functions.
  • Compile monthly sales sheet and ensure all tax charged is correct.
  • Manage labor spreadsheets and employee and installers hours.
  • Address follow-up phone calls and emails from installs.
  • Process monthly salesperson commissions.
  • Track and manage bookkeeping through QuickBooks.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  • Manage sub-contractors' insurance - liability and workers compensation coverage.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Assist ownership whenever necessary.
  • Participate in hiring and training of installation team.
  • Review time sheets and job duties for installation team.
  • Ensure installation team meets their accountabilities and maintains customer satisfaction.
  • Contact customers for satisfaction reviews and referrals post-installation.
  • Plan and schedule all installations, reviewing contracts with the sales team prior to ordering.
  • Order all products and complete permits if required.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and incoming products in the warehouse.
  • Prepare customer folders and gather products for installers.
  • Assist installers with issues during installation and collect time sheets and receipts for payroll.
  • Maintain calendar for installations and requested off days for installers.
  • Coordinate all warranty and service calls and review job costs for improvement recommendations.

Requirements

  • Two years' experience in acrylic bath systems is a requirement.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and self-starter attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills and flexibility in approach.
  • Steady and patient work style with above average mathematical skills.
