Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues by scheduling service appointments for a fleet of vehicles and drivers.
  • Provide telephone customer service to assist customers with service issues and orders.
  • Maintain accurate data entry with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM and 8000 KPH.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in written correspondence.
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Learn product details and effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and enhance service experience.
  • Collaborate with a large team of service personnel and drivers.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a telephone customer service role.
  • Strong data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM and 8000 KPH.
  • Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software programs quickly.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
