About the position

We are a small, customer-focused company specializing in insurance and financial planning. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to help manage our growing company, focusing on maintaining QuickBooks and providing administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update QuickBooks on a daily basis.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivables.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from clients; respond to client inquiries.
  • Assist with billing, payments, and data entry.
  • Support agents with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel.
