About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our databases. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and enhancing data management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Transcribe information from various sources into electronic formats with precision.
  • Computerize and maintain filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Type and enter order entries accurately into the system.
  • Perform clerical duties such as sorting, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in generating reports as needed for management review.
  • Handle other various tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficient in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure the quality of data entered is maintained.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
  • Experience with order entry processes is a plus.
