About the position

HTY Foods is seeking an Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to support daily operational functions in their South San Francisco office. This role involves assisting the sales team, managing customer service tasks, and facilitating purchase orders and billing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the food industry and eager to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Using Netsuite for Data entry (Sales order entry, purchase order entry)
  • Coordinate import orders and shipments
  • Assist in accounting and warehouse functions as needed
  • Support sales team
  • Perform administrative tasks (i.e. answering phones, managing files, and preparing correspondence)
  • Customer service
  • Tasting and giving feedback for new snacks

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Chinese is required
  • Knowledge of Netsuite Accounting system a plus
  • Good communication skills & Detail Oriented
  • Proficient skills using cloud based applications, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
  • Authorized to work in the US (temporary work visa is not accepted)
