The Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk position at College Benefits Research Group is a part-time role focused on providing administrative support to a small, customer-oriented company specializing in insurance and financial planning. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various office tasks to help the company grow.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update QuickBooks on a daily basis.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivables.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and emails from clients; respond to client inquiries.
  • Assist with billing, payments and data entry.
  • Support agents with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel (1 year required)

Benefits

  • Part-time schedule
  • Pay range of $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
  • Flexible working hours (20 - 25 hours per week)
