About the position

The Office Assistant III plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and organization of school departments by performing a wide range of complex clerical duties to support office operations. This position is essential for maintaining the smooth functioning of the office environment, which includes managing communications, organizing files, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The Office Assistant III will be responsible for handling sensitive information, coordinating schedules, and providing support to staff and students alike. In addition to clerical duties, the Office Assistant III will also be involved in various projects that may require collaboration with other departments. This position is part-time, with a working schedule from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm, and is expected to contribute positively to the school’s culture by fostering a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all stakeholders. The role may also involve interacting with parents and community members, necessitating excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor. The Office Assistant III will report to the designated supervisor and will be expected to adhere to the policies and procedures of the school district.

Responsibilities
