Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative leadership and staff support services to the Hillside precinct.
  • Perform data entry and retrieval, word processing, and record maintenance.
  • Explain and interpret complex rules, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Act in the supervisor's absence in areas of substance.
  • Implement diverse and complex administrative activities and projects.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize work independently using various systems.
  • Track trainings, tabulate numerical data, and run reports in University Learning Management Systems.
  • Manage payroll and assist in recruitment processes.
  • Create new hourly hires in Workday and maintain critical department information.
  • Coordinate work of units with that in other areas and maintain schedules.
  • Perform labor transfers and supervise student support staff.
