About the position

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing and Executive Assistant to join our team. This role combines creative marketing responsibilities with executive support, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment. The candidate will manage marketing efforts, including brand building, social media management, email campaigns, and marketing material creation, while also providing administrative support to company owners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content and strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn and other channels.
  • Create, design, and distribute email newsletters, announcements, and promotions to our client list.
  • Design and produce marketing materials (brochures, one-pagers, presentations) that represent our brand and services effectively.
  • Maintain and update our company website and ensure consistency across all online platforms.
  • Conduct market research to stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity, applying insights to our marketing strategy.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and generate reports on key metrics.
  • Provide daily administrative support to the owners, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and project follow-ups.
  • Manage special projects and other tasks as assigned by the ownership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing, especially in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including social media scheduling tools, email marketing software, and design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative eye.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
  • Prior experience in executive support or administrative assistance is a plus.
