About the position

The Office Assistant/Receptionist at Ridgeline Construction is a full-time role focused on providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily administrative operations of the company. This position serves as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient office management. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Answer phone calls in a warm and friendly manner
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
  • Handle all necessary tasks to obtain correct permits for jobs
