Responsibilities

  • Maintains office filing and recordkeeping systems.
  • Maintains database records and confidential files.
  • Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications.
  • Collects and mails correspondence, and copies information.
  • Types data into the database.
  • Answers phone calls and forwards messages.
  • Opens mail and replies by phone, mail, or email when necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of general office experience.
  • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
  • Customer service experience of 1 year is preferred.
