The Office Assistant at Merry Maids of Carroll County plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and enhancing customer service experiences. Responsibilities

  • Share your enthusiasm with current customers, potential customers, and team members.
  • Answer phones, emails, texts, and chat box dialogues.
  • Greet employees with respect and professionalism.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, system updates, and weekly payroll submission.
  • Handle a high volume of customer calls for service inquiries and proactive quality calls with current clients.
  • Confirm customer appointments and help resolve service issues with loyal customers.
  • Create and update schedules with customer information and provide team members with daily schedules/routes.
  • Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Required)
  • 2 years of customer service experience (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)
  • Ability to relocate to Westminster, MD 21157 (Required)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales (Preferred)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
