About the position

The Office Assistant role is designed to support the administrative functions of the office by managing customer information, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient filing and organization of client data. This position requires bilingual communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese and English, along with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for receptionist duties and customer information filing.
  • Filing and organizing clients' information.
  • Providing customer service to answer various questions and inquiries from clients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
  • Ability to understand and speak both Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English.
