The Front Desk Receptionist at R&C Enterprises serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in establishing a professional atmosphere. This full-time position requires on-site presence to manage client interactions and various administrative responsibilities, contributing to the overall efficiency and welcoming environment of the office.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answering and routing phone calls, handling inquiries, and taking messages.
  • Managing appointment schedules for staff and ensuring reminders are communicated.
  • Maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area to enhance visitor comfort and uphold the company's professional image.
  • Providing administrative support to other team members as needed, including handling correspondence, preparing documents, and managing files.
  • Assisting in organizing office events and meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and arranging necessary resources.
  • Collecting and distributing parcels and other mail.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping tasks and issuing invoices as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the reception area and front office.

Requirements

  • No previous experience required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using office software including word processors, spreadsheets, and email management tools.
  • Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further certification in office management or administration is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
