Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine clerical tasks such as copying, filing, faxing, shredding, and sending documents as assigned.
  • Handle online renewals, vault-related duties, and inventory duties.
  • Assist team members with similar tasks as needed.
  • Analyze documents for accuracy and completeness while adhering to strict security procedures.
  • Manage and organize all incoming mailed correspondence directed to the unit.
