Responsibilities

  • Manage invoices and ensure timely processing.
  • Assist with office management duties, keeping the office organized.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to create invoices and manage payables and receivables.
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel for document creation and editing.

Requirements
