Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the claims process.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients and other parties.
  • File insurance claims and communicate with insurance companies and third parties on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
  • Utilize Google Suite for documentation and communication purposes.
  • Provide customer support, including addressing inquiries and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Discuss and explain the claims process clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed, including filing and office management duties.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Knowledge of phone systems and effective communication techniques.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
