The role is essential for maintaining organized documentation and reconciling financial discrepancies.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and review records for completion and accuracy.
  • Review Acknowledgment of Paternity documents to determine acceptance.
  • Maintain appropriate logs to track rejected documents.
  • Research and print requested certificates daily.
  • Reconcile monies collected and resolve any discrepancies with daily settlement.
  • Collect, open, and track mail received throughout the day.
  • Sort, organize, and bind large quantities of records for storage.
  • Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding certificate processing times by phone.

Requirements

  • Experience processing a high volume of transactions (e.g., claims processor, invoice processor).
  • Minimum of one year of job stability in previous employment.

Benefits
