This unique opportunity is ideal for individuals with administrative experience and great customer service skills. In this role, you will efficiently and accurately handle various administrative duties that are essential to the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include answering phones and assisting policyholders, helping agents with licensing, underwriting notifications, and providing policyholder information to process new and future business. You will also be required to communicate with Home Office personnel regarding policy status, underwriting notifications, claims status, and other important policyholder and agency information/actions.
