About the position

In this role, you will support the Field Agency Manager by efficiently and accurately handling various administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, assisting policyholders, and helping agents with licensing and underwriting notifications. You will also be responsible for processing policyholder information to facilitate new and future business. Effective communication with Home Office personnel regarding policy status, underwriting notifications, claims status, and other important policyholder and agency information will be essential to your success in this position. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive the support they need. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist policyholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an Office Clerk required.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
