About the position

BerkOne's mission is to provide clients with customized and efficient back-office services, enabling them to not only focus on their core competencies but reduce costs as well. We are currently seeking detail-oriented individuals with strong data entry skills to join our team as Document Imaging Clerks on 2nd shift. The Document Imaging Clerk plays a key role in our team, responsible for scanning departmental documents and ensuring the highest quality of all scanned materials. They will utilize internal software to perform data entry and verification tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. This position requires consistently meeting department standards for precision and speed while carrying out data entry and quality assurance tasks. Additional responsibilities include operating and maintaining both high-volume industrial scanners and desktop scanners, maintaining confidentiality of client and employee information, and communicating effectively with team members and technical staff. The role involves working in a production environment with deadlines and adapting to changing priorities. The Document Imaging Clerk will also perform alpha-numeric data entry into computer systems, ensuring that all data is entered accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Scan departmental documents and ensure the highest quality of all scanned materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or minimum 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must type a minimum of 6,000 KPH.
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
