About the position

As an Office Clerk at our growing pallet and reconditioning services company in Cleveland, OH, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position is essential for maintaining effective communication and organization within the plant, which employs over 20 team members. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing our company with integrity and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include a variety of office functions such as answering phones, transferring calls, taking messages, and managing the reception area. You will also be responsible for tracking and ordering safety supplies for the plant, ensuring that office supplies are adequately stocked, and maintaining organized filing systems. Additionally, you will assist at the visitor/trucker window, providing necessary information and support to our clients and partners. In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter. The fast-paced environment will require you to effectively manage multiple tasks and requests, all while maintaining a professional demeanor. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, will be crucial as you interact with internal and external customers. Responsibilities

Requirements
