The Office Clerk will also engage in bookkeeping and auditing duties, such as preparing and processing revenue-related invoices, inputting daily financial data into the computer system, conducting ticket audits, and reconciling daily paperwork. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to interruptions, as the clerk will often need to assist customers at the exit lane and complete additional duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a team player who can also work independently, demonstrating good organizational skills and proficiency in various software applications. Responsibilities

  • Answer phones

Requirements

  • Must be professional and have excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be a team player and be able to work independently
  • Proficient using Word, Excel and email applications
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good clerical, bookkeeping, and data entry skills
  • Flexible; ability to adapt to interruptions
  • AS400 experience a plus
