The Office Clerk will report directly to the Deputy General Manager / Warehouse Assistant Manager and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse logistics. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. The Office Clerk will be responsible for various tasks, including data entry, inventory control, and maintaining accurate shipping documents. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards while fostering positive relationships with customers and team members. In this role, you will be expected to perform essential functions such as ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing daily orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and providing administrative support to management. The Office Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment, as well as suggesting improvements to enhance operational efficiency. This position is vital to our logistics operations and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
