Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of office tasks
  • Create and update records
  • Utilize QuickBooks for light Accounts Receivable (AR) work
  • Handle customer interactions
  • Manage shipping tasks
  • Perform computer work and other tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • 1+ years of office or administrative experience OR good retail experience
  • Ability to learn computer systems quickly
  • Ability to multitask
  • Comfortable handling phone communications
  • Basic math skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Accounts Receivable skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Willingness to help out wherever needed
