About the position

SP+ Corporation is seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to join our team in Cleveland, OH. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 and is designed for individuals who are looking to contribute to a dynamic work environment. As an Office Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing various clerical tasks and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, providing customer service both in person and over the phone, and performing filing and photocopying tasks. You will also sort and distribute mail, process outgoing mail, and create and maintain documents using Microsoft Word and Excel. The position requires a high level of organization and the ability to complete additional duties as assigned, which may include bookkeeping and auditing tasks such as preparing and processing revenue-related invoices, inputting daily financial data, and conducting ticket audits. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications is essential, along with good clerical, bookkeeping, and data entry skills. Familiarity with AS400 systems is a plus, but not mandatory. This position is part-time, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 35 hours per week, and is located at ONE CLEVELAND CENTER in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities
