Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office tasks, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting with general inquiries.
  • Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing petty cash.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office documents.
  • Coordinate supply orders, maintain inventory, and restock office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members and assist with special projects or tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in office administration is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an office support role.
  • Experience handling financial transactions and sorting mail.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payments and maintaining records.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Benefits
