About the position

The Office Clerk will be responsible for ensuring the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks. This role involves handling customer service issues, assisting the Transportation Coordinator and Master Scheduler, and serving as their backup. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Master Scheduler and serve as back-up
  • Troubleshoot customer service issues and complaints
  • Prepare, ship, and receive customer products with proper documentation
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accurate counts
  • Assist Transportation Coordinator and serve as back-up

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing facility (paper converting preferred)
  • Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
