About the position

As an Office Clerk at Patterson, you will play a crucial role in supporting all office and administrative operations at your location. This position involves managing daily office activities such as processing vendor invoices, maintaining data records, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Process vendor invoices and maintain vendor invoice files.
  • Scan necessary purchase orders and invoices to appropriate files.
  • Route incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally.
  • Prepare and send out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
  • Assist with accounting reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain data records and files, including entering building errors accurately into required systems.
  • Update and maintain employee events and communications board.
  • Order supplies for the facility and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office environment.
  • Competent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment.
