Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors at the front desk.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
  • Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Utilize Google Suite applications for various administrative tasks, Quickbooks, and Docsvault.
  • Support clerical functions such as filing, scanning, organizing documents, and data entry.
  • Act as a personal assistant to team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is required.
  • Strong customer support skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
  • Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Quickbooks, Excel and Docusign.
  • Effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
