About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various clerical duties efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Provide excellent customer support by answering inquiries and assisting clients in a professional manner.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff members.
  • Handle incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette and direct calls as necessary.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized and conducive to productivity.
  • Support other administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent clerical skills including attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and support.
  • Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task completion.
