About the position

BHA is looking for an office clerk to assist in handling clerical and data entry needs for a specific department within the company. This person will be responsible for managing their day-to-day workflow as assigned by the department managers. Great skills to possess for this position are meticulous attention to detail as well as clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of physical inventory, including but not limited to, inspection, imaging, and tagging.
  • Uploading edited images into customer's POS system.
  • Monitoring emails to create and/or update tasks in Asana.
  • Placing orders for office and/or shipping supplies.
  • Ensuring premises and communication channels are working properly.

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with POS systems
  • Experience with inventory processing
  • Experience with basic photography and photo editing
  • Excellent organizational and record keeping abilities
