About the position

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to join their front office team in Nashua, NH. This full-time position requires strong administrative skills and a positive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, and will handle various administrative tasks to support the office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry of new account information and agreements into the system.
  • Making phone calls to collect outstanding accounts for assigned districts.
  • Completing assigned paperwork in a timely manner to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting with maintaining employee and customer files.
  • Answering incoming calls professionally.
  • Occasionally assisting with New Employee On-boarding at the assigned location.
  • Completing tasks and projects assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must have a great attitude and enjoy working in a team environment.
  • Must be reliable and able to follow simple instructions.
