Adecco is assisting a Fortune 500 client in recruiting for an Office Clerk in Los Angeles, CA. This is a full-time temporary position in a high-volume corporate environment. The Office Clerk will be responsible for various clerical tasks that require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality of work. The role involves unpacking boxes and organizing physical samples, receiving samples in a digital tool, and digitizing physical samples by taking images based on pre-determined guidelines. Additionally, the Office Clerk will be responsible for picking up and dropping off samples to and from PTS and/or Merchants for sample review meetings, as well as assisting with sample storage and disposals. Candidates must demonstrate a professional and friendly demeanor, especially in a reception area, and must have a minimum of one year of experience in a high-volume corporate office setting.
