About the position

The Office Clerk position at Arrowhead Landfill involves supporting the operational and administrative functions of the landfill. The role requires tracking and reporting on various metrics related to waste management, providing HR support, and assisting with customer billing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily tracking report of tons handled by the facility
  • Track leachate levels and amount of gallons disposed and/or recirculated each day
  • Coordinate testing and paperwork for various testing required by landfill's environmental consultants
  • Coordinate and submit monthly and quarterly reports to various regulatory agencies
  • Provide general HR support to landfill employees
  • Assist in customer billings

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Must have flexible availability to include weekends
