About the position

We are seeking an office clerk to join our team in the Woburn area. This is an in-office position located at 400 West Cummings Park, Woburn, MA 01801, and it is not remote. The office hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. The office clerk will provide essential clerical support, which includes but is not limited to data entry, maintaining and managing confidential records, and coordinating interoffice activities. The role requires a proactive approach to various clerical duties as assigned, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task effectively. Confidentiality is paramount in this role, and the office clerk must demonstrate proficiency in clerical skills, including the use of phone, fax, and computer systems. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others is essential for success in this position. Applicants must have prior experience in medical record management and scheduling, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Additionally, candidates must be Covid-19 vaccinated and hold a high school diploma or equivalent, although a diploma is preferred. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18 and includes various benefits to support the well-being of our employees.

  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
