About the position

The Office Clerk/Admin at Forgepoint Capital will provide essential administrative support and manage office operations efficiently, contributing to a smooth working environment. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle various office tasks and maintain effective communication within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and ensure smooth office entry and exit.
  • Maintain a master calendar for appointments and deadlines.
  • Assist with photocopying and general office tasks.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and weekly deliveries.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Perform general office tasks, including scanning, printing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Oversee kitchen upkeep, restock the fridge, handle the dishwasher, and purchase certain goods from local markets.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work well with colleagues.
  • Adaptable, fast learner, and technologically proficient.
  • Courteous, professional, and timely in interactions via phone, email, and in-person.
