About the position

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a dedicated Office Clerk to join our front office team. This full-time position requires strong administrative skills and a positive attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, and will play a key role in data entry, customer communication, and supporting office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry of new account information and agreements into the system.
  • Making phone calls to collect outstanding accounts for assigned districts.
  • Completing assigned paperwork in a timely manner to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Assisting with maintaining employee and customer files.
  • Answering incoming calls professionally.
  • Occasionally assisting with New Employee On-boarding at the assigned location.
  • Completing tasks and projects assigned by the Office Manager.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow simple instructions and perform routine functions.
  • Reliability and a great attitude.
