About the position

Gun Hobbies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to support day-to-day operations. The role involves performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office functions and customer satisfaction, including handling paperwork, maintaining records, managing inventory, and assisting with customer service inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and inventory logs.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Help with the preparation of documents, reports, and other office communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering when necessary.
  • Support the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative forms.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization, keeping work areas orderly.
  • Perform other general office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Prior experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
