About the position

The Office Clerk is responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly inventory tasks, providing customer service support, and assisting the Transportation Coordinator and Master Scheduler. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Master Scheduler and serve as back-up
  • Troubleshoot customer service issues and complaints
  • Prepare, ship, and receive customer products with proper documentation
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure accurate counts
  • Assist Transportation Coordinator and serve as back-up

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of administrative experience in a manufacturing facility (paper converting preferred)
  • Advanced skill level with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
